The Shrinkage Scale is a Plastic template used to mark fabric with 10 inch and / or 18 inch benchmarks for determining dimensional changes in fabrics/garments .After the fabrics/garments have been launderde or dry cleande ,the dimensional change can be read in per cent change directly from a graduated scale on the template.
