    【适用范围】:
    用于各种纺织品及橡胶、鞋材、皮革、金属、建材等材料的拉伸、撕破、顶破、剥离、定伸长、定负荷、弹性、缝线滑移、模量等力学性能分析测试.
     
    【仪器特性】:
    1、传动系统采用松下交流伺服驱动系统、世协行星减速器、同步带轮、TBI精密滚珠螺杆组件。仪器横梁移动精度高、平稳、噪音低。
    2、仪器采用铝合金立柱外壳,仪器表面采用喷塑高温固化处理久不褪色。
    3、采用多种保护措施:横梁上、下限位保护装置;夹具防碰保护装置;设置位移和负荷限位软件保护;传感器超负荷保护;试样负荷软件保护;过流、过压等保护。并对主要部件进行时时监测。因此仪器使用更加安全可靠。
    4、采用外资负荷传感器,高速24 bits A/D,有效采集频率200Hz。
    5、本仪器为全开放式结构,用户可根据所测材料的种类和特性,以及测试方法的要求,编辑所需的测试程序、数据分析公式、试验报表。仪器硬、软件都采用件式架构,可自由搭配组件完成不同测试需求,并可通过在线支持,轻松对仪器升级和维护。
    6、仪器提供了多种人性化的自动模式。在使用电控夹具时试验启动可设置为夹具夹持后自动启动和预加张力自动夹持启动,试验完后可设置夹具自动开夹;仪器设置夹持距离,并自动定位。
